After forming in 2000, and releasing a couple of EP’s, Space Cadet emerged in 2003 with their debut album, Greatest Hits (ironic name for a debut album, right???). Filled with catchy melodies and guitar driven hooks, Greatest Hits is a stellar pop-punk debut for the Denton-based quartet. The band enlisted now DFW veteran engineers Taylor Tatsch and Derek Taylor to record and mix their breakout album and the chemistry is extremely evident. Notable tracks are California, Greatest Hits, Blip and the ever popular cover Let’s Go by the Cars. Greatest Hits is a DFW Legacy Series exclusive on Ultra Clear / Clear Red split color vinyl.
